Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Thrasher Magazine Webstore, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that skateboards and hardware are non-returnable once assembled.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center address listed on the invoice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
